Clocktower

Sleepy old town.
Drove there on a rainy day many many years ago.
The place had a clocktower in the centre.
Looked a bit out of place.
But quaint.
Must've been a cost cutting idea implemented by some nawab in the good old days to avoid buying all the gaonwaalas a wrist watch.
